Redline Coffee Customers may either join the Redline Coffee Club and enjoy hassle free monthly deliveries of their favorite roasts or place one-time orders of at least 2 bags of Redline Coffee.

If you'd like to join the Club, here's how it works:

1. Choose 2 bags of Redline Coffee that you would like roasted and shipped.
2. In roughly 4 weeks from the original date you ordered (anniversary date) your first paid shipment will arrive. Then, every month, approximately on the anniversary date, you will receive 2, 12oz. bags of the freshly roasted premium Redline Coffee roast you have selected (you always have the option to choose more). You’ll pay just $12.99 per bag (A total of $25.98) and only $5.99 shipping and handling for both bags of coffee. Your credit card will automatically be billed for each monthly shipment. There is no minimum commitments, no fees, no cost to join and you may cancel easily at anytime simply by calling. (If you cancel within the first 2 weeks of your original order date, you will not receive any additional shipments of Redline Coffee).

Will I have the opportunity to purchase Special Limited Edition Roasts?

If you are an active member in good standing with the Redline Coffee Club, we will occasionally have exclusive limited edition roasts in honor of popular or important race dates. You will be able to purchase individual bags of coffee when they are available.

How do I cancel?

If you’d like to cancel, you may do so simply by calling us. Please note that you must cancel more than two weeks before your anniversary date (the original date you ordered your free samples or coffee) to avoid paying for and receiving that month’s shipment. If you cancel within two weeks of your anniversary date, your cancellation will not be processed until the following month’s shipment.

What does Fair Trade Certified Mean?

Coffee with the Fair Trade Certified label guarantees consumers that the farmers who grew the coffee: 1) are paid a fair price for their harvest and 2) are organized into democratically-organized cooperatives that sell direct to buyers in consuming countries. The Fair Trade System involves 300 Fair Trade cooperatives representing 550,000 farmers and their families from 21 countries throughout Latin America, Asia and Africa who produce Fair Trade coffee.

What does it mean to have a Certified Organic Coffee?

In order for coffee to be certified and sold as organic in the United States, it must be produced in accordance with U.S. standards for organic production and certified by an agency accredited by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. U.S. requirements for organic coffee production include farming without synthetic pesticides or other prohibited substances for three years and a sustainable crop rotation plan to prevent erosion, the depletion of soil nutrients, and control for pests.

Can I change the roasts I have selected?

Yes. At any time of the month you may change the roasts that you are receiving simply by emailing or calling us. As long as you change your roast within 2 weeks from your anniversary date (your original date you ordered your free samples or coffee) you will receive your newly selected roasts for your next shipment. If you contact us less than 2 weeks from your roasting date then you will receive your new roasts on the next month’s shipment. Please understand you will be obligated to pay for the current roasts if you contact us in less than 2 weeks.

Why do you only sell whole bean?

We believe that the coffee you drink should be as fresh as possible. This is why we only sell whole beans. The shell of the bean preserves the flavor and aroma of coffee. Both of these qualities are at it’s best when coffee is ground right before brewing.

Why can’t I join Redline Coffee™ with just one bag each month?

We have chosen to require a minimum purchase of 2, 12 oz. bags of coffee so that we can offer a reasonable shipping and handling fee. We feel that the price we would need to charge for shipping and handling for 1 bag of coffee would be unreasonably high.

What if I plan on being out of town?

You may delay the shipment of your Redline Coffee for 1 fulfillment cycle if you are planning on being away from home. Simply call or email us 2 weeks before your anniversary date (your original date you order your free samples or coffee), and we will delay your shipment by a month fulfillment cycle.
